Octopus card

In Hong Kong, the Octopus card is widely used for various transportation includes Mass Transit Railway (MTR), Citybus Limited and Star Ferry.

During the stay at Hong Kong, we bought a special Sold Octopus Card at the airport, it is called the Airport Express Travel Pass which is very suitable for tourists. The Airport Express Travel Pass costs HKD300 which offers 2 ways Airport Express trip and three days unlimited trips on the Subway Island Line, Tsuen Wan Line, Kwun Tong Line, Tseung Kwan O Line, Tung Chung Line and Disneyland Resort Line.

There is another Airport Express Travel Pass that cost HKD220 which only offer 1 way Airport Express trip and three days unlimited trips on the mentioned subway lines.

The Airport Express Travel Pass contains HKD50 of refundable deposit, you can get back the money after you return the Octopus Card at the Airport Express Travel Pass counter.
